Citrus brings you our second compilation, featuring some of the finest tracks soundcloud has to offer.

Another week means another selection of tracks that really stand above the other releases this week. Expect a lot of deep and minimal, with the odd bit of neurofunk dropped in for good measure.

1 - TERRENCE & PHILLIP / DLR SCRIPT & FOCUS

- Perception (Remix)

When DLR, Script and Focus released the stems to Perception for a remix competition, there was no doubt that a series of heavy flips would come rolling in, but none stand out as much as this heater from Aussie based Terrence & Phillip. With tight drums and a sharp neuro-like bass, this remix does real justice to a massive tune.

2 - BSEARL - Best Friend (Bootleg)

Featuring on the debut Origins LP on new label Rollers Rights, Pull up recordings resident BSEARL blends a classic 90's R&B sample with an obscene amount of sub-bass. This is a track to be felt as much as heard, and we look forward to doing both.

Be sure to check out the rest of the Origins LP, the originality and level of production are unheard of for a debut release.

3 - TREMR - Like It

Kojiki records never fail to impress, and this week is no exception. The heaviest track featured this week, the heavy neuro basses and tight drums blend to create a track so sharp you could cut yourself on it.

4 - DOPPLESHIFT FT. FILTH & MESS JILLA - Can You Stop

Southafrican bossman of Rubricate Records Dopplershift and long time collaborator Filth bring a clever blend of the techy and liquid styles. Featuring beautiful vocals from Mess Jilla and a heavy rolling bassline, this is a definite addition to the liquid playlist.

5 - PATTERN - OK

Bringing the minimal styles as the 8th release on Footwork DnB, Hampshire based Pattern's calculated use of echoing basses and silence go to show that with some tracks, less really is more. Pattern is definitely one to watch for all the minimal fans out there.

6 - SILI - Avocados

Swiss-based fokuz veteran SILI brings the techy vibes with this one. Light-hearted and musical, Avocados is a refreshing switch-up from the darker side of minimal and techy drum and bass, leaning more on melody and warm basses than grimy sound design.

7 - KAGE X KARMINIS - AK47

The sound design in AK47 really highlights the level that H&K are working at. Clean, sharp, unique and perfectly blended with a series steppy drums breaks, this is a track that will hold your attention from start to finish.

8 - BLANKFACE - Dissolution

Offbeat roller 'Dissolution' provides a blend of soulful vocals and deep rolling bass in a track that gives off some serious 1985 vibes. We wouldn't be surprised to see this find its way into the arsenal of some of the real heavy hitters in the scene.

9 - CEASAR - Wonka

About as minimal as they come, Wonkas snappy drums and rolling bass are sure to do some damage at dances across the country. The track somehow creates atmosphere only really seen in the deeper side of dubstep, showcasing just how well minimal elements can be used to build a vibe.

10 - SCEPTICZ & MC MUSH - Speak Out

A veteran of 1985, Overview and Sofa Sound, When Scepticz puts a track out you can guarantee the quality before its even released. Featuring Mc Mush on the vocals, the track leans on its grimy basses and dark rolling bassline bringing the deep, dark and dangerous sound.
